Is it just me?

As Driver was part of my childhood, I have become sort of emotionally attached, I love the series and the story line up to DPL, and it made me so sad watching the last part of DRIV3R where Tanner gets shot. I feel outrages that Tanner was not continued in DPL. Does anyone else feel the same, and is anyone else attached to the game how I am. Having completed all the games in the right order in one go and watching all the FMVs, really has an effect on me, it brought a tear to my eye. Well done Bruno Bonnell, well done Infogrammes, Atari and GT Interactive, you did an amazing job and i hope Ubisoft brings back the old charcters we know and love.

I think nearly everyone here is dissapointed in tanner not being in DPL. And I think nearly everyone wants him back. There are posts all of the place talking about this... have a look around.

Yeah, Tanner was a great well respected undercover cop. Then he was replaced by TK a character I didn't really mind all that much in fact I thought he was pretty good he can bring a smile to your face just like Tanner can.
But the good news for mobile users is that the story with tanner has continued in Driver: Vegas and Driver: LA Undercover.
Could we by any chance have both TK and Tanner in a game, that would be pretty interesting.
