Driver Madness

I found these awesome videos the other day which appeared exclusively on the driver 2 official site back in 2000. 7 years ago so the quality is fairly bad but it's an interesting short movie.

Cool I like them especially the 1st episode

I dowloaded them all and watched them. When I get time I'll put all episodes together so we can watch it in one.

After episode 7 they say "To be continued ... ". So they must be a an episode 8, right ?

Can't you get it in better quality ? I mean it's okay but if I but all the episodes in one it would be better to have a better quality !

And I noticed that we never realy see Tanner's face. Was it already Michael Madsen who playded him ?

These are some cool little short movies similar to Run the Gauntlet. Shame that it ends in a cliffhanger "It's that damn car again, who is that?"

Yeah, the guy who plays Tanner looks just like the tanner from Driver 2 but it is definitely not Michael Madsen, he was only a part of Driv3r.

No it doesn't. At the end of the 7th episode there's written "To be continued …". So maybe they are 5 more episodes but madness didn't uploaded them in the downloads section.

No chases but it's a short film used to advertise Driver 2 so it's similar like Run the Gauntlet. Best part was Tanner's dissapearing act in the (I think) 3rd vid.

Right now it's September 21 2007 and the time is 3:36 PM and there are 7 videos in the download section, the last one ends with To be continued so therefore it is a cliffhanger ending until further notice. Hopefully there will be more vids but their probally won't be.

There might be more videos, I'm looking around trying to reconstruct the old driver 2 fansite it's a difficult job but hopefully I'll find all if not most of the pieces. There probably is more pieces, but if I don't find anymore in the next few days I'll contact the creator Marcial Suckling and maybe he could get be all of them in a higher quality format, I contacted him regarding his work with the driver series however I haven't gotten a reply yet!

Yeah, he played part in that 60 second commercial along with this movie, driv3r's tanner was quite different and tanner looked quite different in run th e gauntlet from the actual game. The Driver 2 tanner had a really unique feel to him.

The Tanner from Run the Gauntlet looks like the Tanner from Driver LAU.

Apparently there are pictures for an Episode 8, however on the official Driver 2 site it says Episode 8 is coming soon! So I'm not sure what's going on but there is an Episode 8 in existence. I just have to hunt it down!

Yeh but the site isn't actualized anymore so it must be long time ago that the episode 8 should come out.
And maybe they just sad it will come out but it never did.

This keeps haunting me when I consider the slow progress I have been making with the Driver 2: Video Story deal I have been trying to make. I do not want to disappoint people this way.

madness should put some rules for people that post few words in a reply. This in other forums is considered spam and or bumping a topic.

i am sorry but that was all i could think oh at the time..... and i never write too much because i am not someone like that.. but if you want i can try and make more of an effort but you also need to too as you are eating your own words
