So, I got to speaking with a guy on a YouTube video. He mentioned that the earlier beta version of the game had further draw distance. You can actually see it for yourself in this comparison picture from the demo and retail version of the game.

Demo (NTSC) Note the second building from the left, and how the wall under the tower thing is complete.

Retail (PAL 1.1) The view is narrower, but also distance cuts off a lot sooner. Second building is no longer visible, and wall is only half visible now. There are also fewer trees visible.

So forgive me if this is a stupid questions, but perhaps some code could be used from the beta or early demo to have better draw distance? Maybe even allow people to see what values could be adjusted to really give the game a much longer draw distance than that?
