Need Help With Driver 2 Cheats on Emulator

I want to spawn as a specific vehicle (i.e, police car, grey car, etc)
But alongside that, I need some cheat codes.
Cheats like
Set spawn, set vehicle color, set how the worlds are mixed (chicago to havana for example)
Vehicle speed, car color modifier (change it whenever), no Felony, no Damage.
That's all I need. Thanks.

Use cheat engine.
All those options you asked, takes probably some hours to find out if you're well know with cheat engine. But if not, well maybe a year or so.
Okay to be a bit more helpfull, check gamersin on youtube. He has done allot of hacking and you might find what you need.
To use his codes, download PEC. It allows you to use the codebreaker/action replay/gameshark/whatevercodedevice cheats.

Cheat Engine is a separate program that can mash it's way into any program that your computer is processing. So let's say I want to play DRIV3R and I want to speed off into space. I go to my desktop with DRIV3R still open, open Cheat Engine, then I select DRIV3R in my list of processes, afterwards I select the modification, then activate. Finally I click DRIV3R, hold "/" then fly off into space, eventually crashing the game due to the power level being OVER NINE THOUSSAAND!

Your lack of NOT searching stuff yourself clearly shows that you are not going to succeed at any of those hacks. Sorry
Also, if you use PEC like I mentioned before, it has a built in "cheat engines"

Thats a way to word it.
But don't make false hope for Wheels.
You forgot to say that in order to use hacks/modifications, you gotta search for them. And ofcourse the one would reply with: "How?"
