Driver 2 Music Replace

they ddn't use custom songs the muted the game's music and put there own in with a video editor

2013 post from a long gone member (Minecraft autist, good riddance) who basically did nothing but use this site as his help-desk. Real smooth job replying to it.

Iirc the game used xa for music didn't it? couldnt you just replace the files and build a custom iso?

Driver and Driver 2 used tracker music; the music was played by virtual instruments using samples, sorta like MIDI. No, it's not possible to replace these with any self-contained audio file; PlayStation does not possess any hardware audio decoders apart from the obligatory CD-audio decoder.
