This is Quincy Jones`s "They Call Me Mister Tibbs" theme, whose movie i have along with the soundtracks (QJ is my favorite artist).

This is about Driver 2, not Driver 1, also the track is similar to Miami`s night cop chase music (Driver: Soundtrack 5 on the embed Taras`s video).
