Hi, well the title says it all, will D% be on PC??? because i don't own any console.

At least with the UBI Soft trajectory, it seems that there will be it. Am i right?

And I think yes, they will release Driver 4 for the PC … but it's not sure. We have no official announcement.

It depends on a few things...

1. How well PC DPL sells
2. How well Driver 4 sells on the PS3/360
3. How well the public/media reacts to Driver 4 on the consoles.

I think it's a 60/40 chance that Driver 4 get's ported to PC, if it does, expect it 6-9 months after the console version.

if they would consider the developing of the new driver's pc verision with driver parallel line pc versions's selling i don't think there 'll be a pc version of new player
i personally don't think dpl's pc version is good advertised from ubisoft. there wasn't even a pc screen before the release.

Yeah, the marketing for PC/Wii DPL was poor same thing really with Driver 76. I think Ubisoft was just "testing the waters" so see what kind of reaction the series would get.

Bottom line: if the console version of Driver 4 selles well (which it will hopefully) there probally won't be a PC version since Driver in general is a console game.

That means you don't want a PC version ? Are you playing on console or PC ?

I think that because Ubisoft the majority of the games that they make are for PC, there will be a PC version (or at least i hope that because i don't own any console.. i'm morally against them

Have you seen my post in the games you own thread that you started, I own 3 PC games and nearly a 100 PS2 games. Which one do you think I play.
But because I'm a Driver fan I buy the PC releases as well.

So do I want a PC release? It really doesnt matter but if more people will play it then Ubisoft should do it.

You may be against them but console and software sales are way higher than PC game sales. The problem with PC is that you have to upgrade and sometimes errors happen but with consoles you know your safe for 5 or more years. Ubisoft do release alot of PC games so Driver should follow but you never know... As I said originally in this thread, if it comes, prepare to wait 6+ months after the console release.
