It looks totally a rip off of the DSF artwork with some differences as the background, plates and the Challenger name on the grill.

The press kit Ubisoft released for DSF included a PSD file with that picture included in it. I used it for the background of the header on DM. Not that it makes it okay for these people to use it to make money.

The ground the cars are on make it obvious it's a rip off...
