Change car spawns?

I don't have any experience with modding DSF, but is it possible to mod some files to change what vehicles spawn in traffic?
Then we wouldn't have anymore expensive supersportscars randomly spawning in traffic, but instead have more everyday cars or even recreate the movie challenges!
