Many users complain about the graphics of the PC version.
PC version is missing post processing and HDR lighting, looks darker but not better. shadows on PC are to dark and overall lighting is unrealistic dimmed. also the sepia 70s tint is not present on PC, destroy the entire sunny 70s feeling.
Driver Game is awesome, but the PC Version is a crap with bad graphics and bad lightning. So dissapointing. please do a patch. We have such PC Power nowadays and the graphics are like from 2002!
Cinematic, the same. But the graphics while he drives is better on PC. Shapes more definate. I just wonder which graphic cards he was using and if he had graphics at full resolution. If so, they are crappy, would look better on my pc.
Right 5-10 years ago,pc games always had better graphic, better feature than console games, but everything have changed now lol
So what they're saying is that it's going to be a massive dirty port job? They've just said they're going from console-only to PC in ONE MONTH, and they're hoping that's going to be at the same level of quality and polish as the versions with years spent on them.

I, personally like it without bloom, i believe it still however has HDR, if it would not, it wouldn't look even like what it is now. They could've put options to have bloom though.

Don't forget that it doesn't support 16:10 monitors (any resolution above 1900x1200 is not supported).

I don't see any diffirence between the ps3 and x360 version, only brightness is diffirent. PC version (if maxed) looks like the sun doesnt shine at all, in other words, no bloom. I don't want to sound like a console fanboy, but I stick with my x360 version.

I noticed a few differences with PS3 and X360. Seems likes X360 has a little bit more color to it. (not being biased) You can tell with the bridge and the challenger. I also noticed that Ubisoft is advertised on the billboards in the PS3 version, but in the X360 version they are replaced with other advertisements. I couldn't get a close enough look at what they were, but they seemed to be related to the fictional San Fran, which I much prefer.
PC version is kind of a disappointment. I'm glad I upgraded to a next-gen console. PC graphics are worse than NFS World, which is an older game.
I'm just shocked about that PC version. The PS3 and X360 differences aren't a big deal. I always noticed that X360 games seemed to have a little more saturation/color to them.

You know what also? The PC version has been ready back at August/1st September... they were just nigging about it. There are also files from 2010 in it.

not only that, cleone, but it looks like there's almost no smoke in the pc version.

Imho Xbox is the best - PS3 has too big brightness.
Overall PC is very different and maybe worse than PS / Xb, but I think it is still freakin awesome.
Btw, PS3 has Polish language text ;P

I just rewatched the comparisons and I see what you are talking about. Might actually just be the darkness of the dirt.

for explanation, if you remove the self illuminating sky you can recognise the problem. what should be white, isn't white. there is a huge unused range of RGB levels. if you correct this, you get a more proper looking image. seems that they simply disable the HDR lightning, but without to adjust the remaining light.
