On the game's Facebook page the following information is in the descriptions of all pictures.
ESRB Rated: TEEN with Drug Reference, Language, Sexual Themes, and Violence
Knowing Ubisoft, we can expect borderline MATURE Rated language. Sexual themes? BRING ON THE BITTIES!!

Sexual themes don't meant that there will be titties everywhere, and who would want to stare some virtual boobies anyhow? Jesus.

It'll probably be like The Wheelman with a hot girl pole dancing. And the virtual titties thing, keep in mind that graphics are nearly lifelike now. :P

Chris, that would be great for a game like Duke Nukem or Postal, but NOT Driver.

If you want titties go and play Max Payne 2, the best 3D model of a woman that i've ever seen in a game.

EDIT: If you're desperate go and watch an porn movie and relax but don't talk about nude or sex here.

Sounds more like a quote for Las Vegas.

But who knows, boobs may be present although i doubt it.

Considering it's T-rated, I really really really doubt it.

Oh dont worry im just messing around i aint that desperate to see titties. if i need titties i got my girlfriend, but the titties come in the same package as "annoying bitching"...

and shes gonna be wearing clothes in the game cause of the T rating. like i said, it might be like Wheelman or DPL

I think it's because of the language that it's rated T.

no its teen cause of the violence in the cinematics like in the old Drivers. Would you really put guns, explosions, and a big prisoner (Jericho) fighting a guard into an E rated game?

In case you're still wondering about the rating
Content descriptors: Drug Reference, Language, Sexual Themes, Violence

Rating summary: This is an action-racing game in which players assume the role of a police officer who must stop an escaped convict from terrorizing San Francisco. As players drive through open-world environments, they use a psychic ability to control (i.e., “shift” into) nearby cars and complete mission-based objectives. Some missions involve forcing multiple vehicles to crash head-on; for example, players can use telekinesis to throw vehicles at fleeing cars. Collisions are highlighted by slow-motion effects, realistic crashing sounds, and large explosions. During the course of the game, the dialogue occasionally references sexual material (e.g., “You know she likes it rough,” “You handle my wife as well as you handle this car?” and “Oh come on, strippers are nice. I like strippers!”). The dialogue also references drugs (e.g., '17 counts of murder, smuggling, and drug trafficking' and “Why am I called Crack Keith? I don't do drugs, do I?). The words “sh*t,” “a*shole,” and “b*tch” can be heard in dialogue.
