That is not BETA stuff, that is someone's alternative UI idea that they created.

It's called "concept art" for a reason.

Looks so much more darker and grittied, kinda like that.
I'm happy with the final version of DSF, what it ended up being like.

Damn, that was interesting to watch. They sure did make some really detailed buildings.
Thanks for posting.

I like how every single traffic car in the first vid is a European classic. I saw a BMW 850CSI, an Alfa Romeo Milano, a Daimler XJ, an Alfa Romeo spider, and more.
Also, that BX-9 in the 2nd vid+different Impala taxi cab, very interesting.

Yeah, it would be great if those cool old cars would make it into the game.
Also a Ferrari Enzo can be seen in the 2nd vid but seems that they had problems with licensing
Q What cars did you wish you could get in Driver San Fransisco but did not
Martin: Some problems with Ferrari… Porsche… we got most… Mercedes & BMW are cautious over what they are associated with…after the whole Getaway Incident...it set back a lot of car associations!
The Getaway incident? But, but it used Brabus! And is almost decade old -_-

So maybe Getaway devs weren't allowed to use Mercedes, so they instead used Brabus.

Have anyone seen them? I don't know if it's been posted around here before, but anyway, they feature a younger Tanner. I suppose they were for the Wii version before Reflections decided to change the artistic style.
