weather

should we have weather or not i would like it,maybe a new one like snow,hail,or windy.
also maybe a weather effect like tornado appearings(they would suck you in),whirl pools(would suck your boat or person in),and flood(would happen if you chose speed of rain fall and made it high)

Doesn't there's already a topic about this?
Anyways, weather would be nice. As they removed in from DPL, they should bring it back, so it would give more realism, specially now with the power of the current consoles and computers.

or Quantum Leaping or Sliding..... anyone ever seen Quantum Leap or Sliders?
