One time I was listening to an interview on the BBC, and this author dude was saying a domain name consisting of his name+.com had already been registered by some other guy, who had done the same with many other famous persons' names, and the writer dude was able to buy the domain name back from the guy for what he referred to as slightly less than it would have cost to take that guy to court over the matter. What a scheme. Yet another one of those things that makes me question my faith in humanity and its tendency toward economic cannibalism.

That will be cool to see what San Francisco looks like in a Driver game compared to what it looks like in Driver, won't it, then? I like driving in San Francisco in Driver because of all those streets that make good jumps. A blue and white pickup truck is the vehicle I usually choose.

I never played any GTA, but I liked watching videos from GTA: San Andreas (or something like that) because there were streets that went up and down. I like a game where you drive in a city that is not flat. It looks cool to me.

So i have started to search a similar name like "driver5.ubi.com" in Who is IP and i've found this:
expires: 2010-07-21 04:00:00
created: 2006-01-28 13:55:11
changed: 2009-11-10 01:05:40
My conclusion is that the game was in developing since 2006 and it will be released before July 2010
Yeah mate, but when searching driver5.ubi.com, doesn't that just give you the info on ubi.com?

it's about that the background of the Driver website was taken from a photograph of San Francisco, another proof that the game was set in San Francisco (i know, it's too late to post this proof , but this is another proof along the California license plate and SF keyfob)
