It's really hard to say what the pc specs might be.
We know Ubisoft Reflections are working on a PC version but the PC version might take longer to develop than the conosle release, we don't even have a release date for a console version and there is so much confusion about the upcoming driver we don't even know much about a console version. Only a portable ds version.
The next driver game for pc could be over a year and a half away.
I don't really know, have no clue.
But this is my guess.
