Interesting comparison. Even if the maps are simplified for the iPhone, they retained the road structure.

I find it funny that there is almost nothing after the San Francisco Bridge.

I don't believe the maps are simplified; I haven't played the iPhone version, but I have poked around inside it, and the whole thing is built on an unpatched version of Driver PC. Directory structure and file names are identical in most cases, the FMVs are just god-awful upscaled transcodes with re-recorded audio, and there's a lot of files which are completely unmodified.
LEV files are modified, but to what extent, I don't know. Probably not much at all.

Looks to me like you're fighting your way through the internals. Whatever you find out, please post it! I'm planning to have a look at the maps when I pick up the LEV extraction project again, and your findings will surely be very helpful to me ...

How's this for starters?

That's what happens when you swap out level files on PC with iPhone versions.
But this is something I think you'll really enjoy Krishty:
all the texture atlases are unpacked. I've included the level files too.

Nice find!

Modern GPUs don't support texture windows, and emulating them with my Driver viewer is a PITA. I guess that was the reason for changing them with the iPhone version. I'll have a look at the files when I have time.
