The files in the Events folder, the .des files are actually descriptions of the levels, right?

Here are the level scenery object events description files, mainly model movers (zeppelins, planes, monorail, cars on bridge in Miami, trolleybus in San Francisco, etc)

Oooh, now I get it. I was wondering if the la_01.des file actually has something to do with why L.A. is only set at night. But now I think I get it.
