Beta Buick damage problem

Well, after finally unlocking Milkshape 3d, I decided to import the PLAYERCAR1CLEAN to the DAM model.
This was the result:
Textures look good, doesn't?
Here's in game:
What did I wrong?

Quiky for Olanov:
I import the PLAYERCAR1CLEAN to be the DAM model. When I textured it, that was the result.

You are supposed to edit the UV map positions themselves using the DCI
