Has the same exact horn sound effect as Driver 1.

Midtown Madness 1, 2, 3
NFS Underground 2, MW, Carbon
They all have a free roam environment somewhat similar to driver.
That's all I can think off at the moment.

Midtown Madness 1 & 2
Both games have cops that crash into you purposely and the cars have damage.

The Italian Job
Both games have VERY similar main menus and are 100% driving with cops and damage.

If you looks at the main menus, they have the same exact concept. Both games also are only driving and contain cops and damage.
