Mission editor
Texture editor
Model editing

And apart from those there are some less impressive things that are partially decoded, but I haven't made any editors for. There is:

Lamps position/color/size editing (the actual light, not the model)
Random parked civilian car positions
Chair placement data (only useful for making civilians sit down at tables)
A secret .

Currently there are ~12ish blocks out of 21 decoded or partially decoded.
