Hey look yall, I know dis is weird but...

As most of you know, I live in New Orleans, LA. Hurricane Gustav is approaching the Louisiana/Mississippi/Texas Borders as a catagory 3 hurricane, about to be a catagory 4, and possibly a catagory 5! (155+ MPH Winds)

While I just finished recovering from very bad wind and flood damage from hurricane Katrina about 3 years ago, This hurricane looks like it could also hit us here in New Orleans in an even more direct hit.

N.O. is under State of Emergency and is under Mandatory Evacuation.
Yesterday, at 6:47 PM, We pulled off from our borded up house, with the possibillity of it being the last time we could see our house standing. (To protect the windows) taking as much as possible- about 15 dufflebags between 5 people; leaving behind more than 80% of valuables.

All Im asking is for yall to pray for me and us in New Orleans, i dont care what the f**k religion you are just say a prayer of some kind.

If your a f***ing Atheist, just wish us luck ok?

Thanks yall, I appreciate it..

Oh yeah, and if I dissapear again ( I hope Not !!!) yall know why.

*Out,
Ya Boi,
Derek AKA Young D/Sedans/TrAPsTaR/DiMeZz

It's not ok yet, well at least there is no more huricane.
But their could be massive floods, and everyone is told to stay away for a little longer. At least the worst of it has gone.

Yes, NO was spared luckfully :D

However Picayune Parish was not spared as the levee breached there :( Work crews during the hurricane itself went out and attempted to make awall with sandbags, i thing it held off for a little while but im not sure what happened to it/them.

I was young when I heard about that. I remember donating lots of money.

I thought you were still young? Unless that's just in comparison to everyone else.

Hope this year goes better for you, Sedans :)
And everyone else too. Hopefully no blizzards, earthquakes, hurricanes, cyclones or (more) bushfires. I think it's the last thing anyone needs right now.
