i was wondering about the starting page of the forum. when you type in http://www.drivermadness.net and it shows that page before you enter into the forum. how was it made and where did you get the pic of the car and the white font that says driver madness.

The page was made in "Dreamweaver", this can be done with html knowledge of by using the WYSIWUG tools. Everything is centered.

Up the top where you see the picture of the vehicle, this vehicle was from dpl. You can take an ingame screenshot and cut it out in photoshop or you can use the fansite kit and use the image from there.

The font used above the car is the driv3r font "babylon" for the word "Madness" and the word "Driver" was from the vector logo image located within the fansite kit.
