Maybe if you weren't using a CRT monitor from 2000 you'd see "Driver 2:The Wheelman Is Back" in big letters right above "Driver:You Are The Wheelman".

Oh right the area I COULDNT find, my point was, I was lost. CRT's don't make it hard to see anything, unless your monitor is broken or just crap. I did stumble on the "modding" section somehow earlier today... And by the way, I'm not always using the tower I have my CRT on..
