Seems like it is based off Hot Pursuit.

I thought The Run already was a movie /sarcasm
As if the series couldn't go any more worse.

I just read some reviews from people that watched the early screening, I read stuff like "better car action than Fast 6" and "The movie uses no CGI, with plenty of racing" Plus the film uses plot points from the games. For me (I LOVE the nfs games, ik some people on this forum hate it...) this could be a great movie, march 14th cant come quick enough BRING ON THE SUPER CAR CHASES WITH TECHNO MUSIC

I don't hate NFS, i hate in which it has evolved in recent years, 7 years ago you could say NFS and BAM, everyone was hyped and waiting for one of the most awaited racing games, but after when they started to imitate ideas of other racing games like they tried with Shift and tried to hype our nostalgia recycling past glories in a wrong way i became dissapointed. But i still have hope that someday we'll see a amazing NFS again.

If the movie has no cgi stunts for me that is enough to watch it. Just want to see a bunch of cars racing and crashing, like the old 70s movies.

For me Techno music plus super cars smashing in 2 each other is brilliant
