48 Hours.
Another 48 hours.
Ashes To Ashes.
A View To a Kill.
Cops.
Cop Out.
Crash and Burn.
Crank: 2 High Voltage.
Due South.
No Man's Land.
Southland.
The Bill.
The Other Guys.
The Rock.
Third Watch.
Life On Mars.

Then there's of course World's Wildest Police Videos, stuff like that but I mostly prefer raw material of police chases captured by dash cameras. You know, without any morons doing commentaries. :D

Can't forget "The Driver" (1978). After all, it is THE film that played an important role in the formation of the Driver series.
