New Shoutbox

Here is a link to the new shout box you all requested

NOTE: I can make many separate ones like that if requested, all for different purposes, fool around with this one was much as you like. But Keep the shout box on the portal clean and spam free.
UPDATE: I updated the link from the old shoutbox to the new one!
I'll get a version 2 better shoutbox up soon! But for now you can still play around with this one!

If your talking about the link feature, that's just to put your website in there if you want to. You may as well not worry about it and leave it blank.
