well since the banhammer is lurking over my head by tha big bad Mr Mod Miller , i figured itd be a good time to say ghuddbye before I cant anymore.

Ok, i'm a driver freak, but you can't offend people on this forum, this forum was made for Driver freaks, people who like Driver series no matter what will happen. People like me, a TRUE fans of the series.

Miller isn't bad guy, he's changing the forum into a some good and a cleaner place, he's some kind of Sheriff here, i respect him, he also told me to not act bad here with obscene words, but final objective of this is making a forum for wider range of audiences of this game (probably we will get more members because of the hype of Driver SF) and Miller don't want to show to people this kind of forum (with words like "/#*!). Before that we were in a kinda "Wild West" thing, everyone posting what he wanted (even me, posting nude pictures). But it's Change or die. We have to adapt to this new rules.

I didn't listen to much of Scarface's. Didn't like it so much. Preferred Midnight Express's and his solo work.

What am I looking at? The boss makes one decision after another, and each time Sedans complains, so the boss changes his mind to accommodate Sedans, the one who is creating the problem? That is nuts.

It looks like Sedans is calling the shots. Is that the case?

Do the rules not apply to him only, or are there others? Is that something that gets decided as we go along? If someone throws a big enough temper tantrum, we acquiesce and then that person gets added to some kind of “do not disturb” list of people who are allowed to make a mockery of the boss’s authority as well as the entire community?

Boss, I volunteered to get behind this, but being behind something is probably the wrong location if it is going to be moving backward instead of forward. I do not feel like being rolled over, especially by someone who comes to your website to put down nearly everything DRIVER including the website and its members. That makes zero sense, man.

Sedans posted a message telling the members of the DMC to go f**k themselves, among other things I already forgot after deleting it when I saw it. Nikusakken just left it there. All he could think of to do is go, “What happened?” What kind of moderator sees a post telling everyone to go f**k themselves and just leaves it there? Of course Sedans approves of him as a moderator, he does not do any moderating.

Is that the kind of moderator I am supposed to be, too, man? You know I cannot be that? It makes no sense. Is a moderator not supposed to preserve the integrity of the forum and protect its members from abuse? If I am not allowed to do that, then why am I a moderator? You already have two who are ineffective. This is crazy.

Next we have Sedans calling someone a b*t*h and then saying he is â€f***ing retarded”. Is that not supposed to be a problem because the word b*t*h was spelled wrong, too, like fucc?

Who added the “mature language warning” to the topic title? Is that all someone has to do now if he or she wants to ignore the rules, just post a notice saying so?

What is going on? Who is running this website, man, Sedans? He does not even care about this website, and he will ruin it if we let him?

Look ahead and see where this ends. If our strategy to attract more visitors and register more members continues to work, what are we going to be doing, providing Sedans with enough people from which to make a little posse of degenerates who flame anyone he flames even if that person is right and Sedans is wrong?

Does anyone think most people learn the rules by reading them? They learn by example. If you do not enforce the rules, then no one knows what they are.

New members are going to come to this website, see posts full of profanity and abusive language all over the place and assume that it is okay to post profanity and abusive language all over the place. Little kids are going to say the same things to Sedans that they see him saying to others and there is going to be a lot of swearing and fighting and Sedans is going to think for some idiotic reason that he should be able to do it but they cannot because he has been making the website look bad for the longest or whatever. This is what you are asking for by not making it stop now.

The delay in the release of DSF gave us a chance to draw a big fat solid line between the way things should be and this sort of crap. Sedans is trying to make sure that line is not drawn because he thinks a forum full of people swearing at each other is some kind of paradise. People like him thrive on that.

Sedans is acting like a parasite, man. He is here to take and that is it. He comes here for attention and he knows the best way to get it is to be obscene and create conflict.

Sedans does not come here because he likes DRIVER games. He insults people who do like DRIVER games because they like DRIVER games. Why even have someone like that here? He is like a dim-witted version of Coyote or something.

He has not contributed anything DRIVER-related for years that I know of, unless saying it sucks counts. And he is killing our public image because we are letting him do it. Read his posts, man. He has had basically nothing good to say about this forum, its members, or DRIVER for a long, long time.

I was willing to make this place work. Most of us in the DMC are. We are putting in the money and the time and the work to help make something worthwhile. Almost every member of this community has indicated a sincere willingness to cooperate and a desire to see the results of that cooperation. I have not had to do anything but ask them for that and they said yes. Is this fair to them?

I have been friends with Sedans since I joined this website, but I am not willing to let him undermine our efforts to make something respectable of this place just because he is unable to appreciate that. I feel like a fool for trying to talk him into coming back earlier this year. I had no idea he was going to act the way he has been. He is like a walking insult machine, man.

What is Sedans, seventeen, man? He is a perfect example of just how it is that the world has come to be so full of adults who act like little kids. It is because when they go from being children to being grownups nothing changes but their age. Sedans is going to keep acting like this for a long time, if not forever, man.

Is someone waiting for something different to come from Sedans instead? It is not going to. This is what he does. It is not merely all he knows. It is all he cares about, making trouble. He does not do improvement. It is not his thing. Anyone who has had the privilege of reading e-mails about his own life will know this. It is insane to let him do the same thing here, man.

Since I started that YouTube.com channel to help promote this website, I have not received many comments on videos, but I do get views and thousands of people are seeing the ads for this place, just like in the past when I did that. I receive nice messages about DRIVER games and friend invites. I come here and see that people who sent those messages to my channel registered membership here the same day. I seriously doubt these people do that because they just cannot wait to have Sedans tell them to go f**k themselves. That is what they have to look forward to if we just let this happen.

Ive written reviews, gave a lot of help for the first driver games, and supported this series before it came crap. ya damn right i dont care about this sereis, at least not no more.. i used to.. now i just come here for the people.

What Sedans wrote about what happened was accurate enough. I wanted him to change his attitude here and be nicer to people. That is a paraphrase, not what I actually wrote to him, but it is close enough. Only a morally depraved individual would think there is anything wrong with that.

I do not feel like addressing the idiotic things Sedans has posted on this matter, and I will not be issuing any warnings for the reasons stated below.

What do I read next? Okay, you can call him f**ker, but not fuckface. Okay, you can call him fuckface but not in bold. Okay, you can make it bold but just don’t use capital letters.

Does anyone see where I am going with this? This is where the difference is between my way of moderating and what you had. Before it was basically, “Hmm, which of these two troublemakers do I like the least? Okay, that makes him wrong and the other one right?” That may be a comical simplification of it, but who can honestly say this is not essentially what you have been getting from your moderators?

I did not pull all of this out of my crack. And I did not just wake up one day and decided to commandeer the boss’s website. I made a set of specific proposals to the boss aimed at making this website more successful. He agreed with me and gave access to the database, moderator authority, and permission to go ahead and make a difference in the way that was described before I ever started doing it.

Anyone who thinks something else happened does not know what he or she is talking about.

The ones who follow the rules would act right even if there were no rules to follow. The rules are there because of people like Sedans, who do not know how to act right. The moderators are supposed to be there to make sure people like Sedans do act right. If one person is allowed to refuse to cooperate, then why should anyone else feel obliged to cooperate?

As you can see, the problem for me as a moderator is this. If someone does not like the rules, he can just say so and the rules change for that person. That pretty much means the rules are not really worth anything. That also means there is no point in having a moderator who is actually willing to do the job properly.

Check it out for yourself, man. We have moderators here who seem to think the point of being one is so you can write “Driver Madness Moderator” in your signature at other websites. That is ludicrous. Moderator status is not a trophy; it is a job.

Was that really such a severe thing to ask, that people stop calling each other fuckface and stuff like that? At Driver-Dimension.com, for example, the moderators even intervene to ask people to use punctuation in their posts so readers can tell what they are saying instead of just posting the kind of little kid gibberish that we allow anyone to post at Driver Madness Network.

There is nothing wrong with what I was trying to do here. The only ones who think what I was doing was bad are the ones who make this website look bad. They are the same people who say this website sucks, and if you let them have their way it will.

For me there is not much point in sticking around a website that functions this way.
