I've been wondering, of all places, why do spambots come to this site to offer cheap jewelry & designer handbags? Did they just pick us randomly? Did they figure that this board was dead enough that no one would care? Hmmmmmm...

I remember that a few time ago there was a spambot offering Nike shoes, and at the same time posted this joke:

Three men go on holiday abroad together. The tourist office informs them that there is only one hotel in town with vacancies. The lads go along there, only to be told by reception that there is just one available room left in the hotel. They are not keen, but as it is their only option, they take the room for one evening and share its only bed.
That night, they all enjoy a good night's sleep. In the morning, the guy on the right side of the bed says,
"I dreamt I had the best wank last night."
The guy on the left side says,
"That's funny, I had the exact same dream!".
The guy in the middle says, "I dreamt I was skiing."

Speaking of that joke, here's an interesting riddle:

Three men go into a hotel & get a room for the night. The clerk charges them $30 for the room, so they each pony up $10. Once they get to the room, the clerk realizes that she made a mistake & that the room is only $25, so she gives a bellhop $5 to give to the three men.

While heading up to the room, the bellhop tips himself $2 for his effort & gives each man $1 when he gets there. In effect, each man actually paid $9 for the room. Thus, 3 X 9 = $27, plus the $2 the bellhop kept for himself brings the total to $29, but...where did that other dollar go?

What's happening? Why isn't the math adding up right?

Simply, those spam-rubbish-bots are something very dangerous sometimes, I think that it will be good to increase the security level or something similar, because that 'Gucci' bot appears for second time

Hm... the ban will just stop the spam-bot or the thing that is, but unfortunately, spam-bots are million and... this is not enough to stop these attacks.

Maybe you should change something on the registration form? You know, CAPTCHA, questions that only a real person would answer (e.g. "What's your favourite character in the Driver series"), and so on.

To answer the riddle, you're not supposed to add up the math for the $30, you're adding up the $25 they really paid, so therefore, there isn't $1 missing, you're just adding the wrong math equation! SIMPLE!

Actually, you are correct in a way, because you're not supposed to add the $2 the bellhop kept after you multiply 9 by 3 to get $27.
