How the hell did they get the GSX parked nearby in the beginning?

@PostalDude
You don't spawn in the cars, you have to find a parked car and edit the code (1-16) until you find the correct car, so the purple car in the beginning was originally parked until the GSX found it and then the code did its magic and bam inside the purple car. Watch it on YouTube for more information, plus the PAL code.

You probably have the Greatest Hits version, correct? I had him convert it for me, works like a charm. Here is my code list for pSX + CEP -
"Driver v1.1"
"Car Selector"
8009683C 0002 - 3rd car in each city
"Random Car Hopper"
80096888 0000 - change this value WHILE IN GAME, 0 - 16
"Immunity"
80096820 0001 - On
"All Cities"
800967E0 0004
"Infinite Damage"
8009B220 0000
"City Modifier"
80096808 0084 - Take a Ride, Miami, Hotel
.end

I thought you might have been using an emulator...I use PSXFin + CEP, basically you run PSXFin then use the modified CEP I got, bla bla bla, turn the code on, and bam. I'll show you how to do it if you REALLY want to know...
