I think Chris should be unbanned. Everyone baited him. Chris is usually not that... whats the word... harsh. Don't believe me? forums.epicgames.com. chrisl121212. If you guys show him some respect like others on EGF respect him, you guys should have no problem at all. Please, give him one more final chance. If it doesn't work, then just ban him forever (I heard the ban was only 4 months).

Actually, it is his fault. We tried to respect him, but it's hard to respect a moron. No more chances, as we've all given him enough. Don't like it? Too bad.

We didn't just start hating on him for no reason. He starting bitching about his game, saying it was bad, spamming the hell out of it, asking to be banned, and flamed anyone who did or didn't like it. He blamed us, but we all knew he was at fault. He caused much controversy here, and sent friends against each other. We've all forgiven each other (minus Chris) and are friends again, but we still don't like him. Sure, the site isn't as active, but it's sure as Hell nicer. You see, Chris is an idiot. We all hate him, we all gave him enough chances, and we're glad to see, after 6 months of this garbage, he's gone.

Why do I personally hate him? He hated me because I didn't agree with all his views. You see, I don't like Obama. He's a horrible leader, and a moron at that. I had reasons to not like him, Chris hated literally just to hate. He's a dumbass at its finest.

Actually, I viewed some of the arguments. What you said above is completely wrong. You guys were disrespecting him the first day he joined. I also saw that he recently disappeared and came back. He was perfectly normal, then you and PostalDude just ganged up on him. What do you expect him to do when you guys show no respect?! I can tell he tried. If anything, it is you guys that are at fault. Also, Chris told me about how he critisizes everything he does. He said that it helps him make things better. He told me that he made a map for UT2004 and said he won't release it because he thinks it has a lot of glitches and that it is too simple. He let me played it, and yeah, I saw where he was coming from. But he critisized it more than I did. He is currently working on fixing it.

BTW, did you guys hear the rumors saying that Chris was ditching D4 and jumping right to D5? Are they true?

OK, no. You are wrong. Completely wrong. First off, this mess started back in JUNE. You obviously did not look hard enough. Yes, we did bait him, but we didn't start it, we were just having fun. He's far from normal. He needs meds. He didn't respect us. He disrespected all of us. And no, we didn't hear that stupid rumor. He's banned here, and that ban will be reversed on May 31st. Until then, he will NOT be unbanned.

I did see that, but when he RETURNED he was trying to be nice. That is the time you guys baited him.

Also, I tried contacting Chris about the rumor. No response. I PMed him at EGF. He's been on there a lot today, begging for someone to work on UC1 maps. I don't know why he's ignoring me. Maybe I hit cancel instead of send. Maybe if he gets unbanned we could get him to clear things up.

I have a sneaking suspicion that flakmonkey may also go by the name Chris.

I believe this guy is truly not Chris, but he doesn't know Chris like we do. We knew Chris would not change, and we really didn't bait him, we just had negative harbored feelings about him, and still do. I was able to have a short, but nice chat with him on Friday, but he's not getting unbanned because of what HE did previously. The admin here tried to do something, but since we as a community had already taken the law into our own hands, we rebelled against the admin and had his 5-hour-long reign of terror brought down. After that, Chris was banned and the rules were brought back down. This place is calm without him, and we all want to keep it that way.

Funny, you guys don't know him in real life and I don't know him in real life. You never know if he could change, you guys never gave him the chance to change. I say give him one last chance, then give him a ban that will never be lifted.

PostalDude, I really am not Chris. If you read the topic fully, you would have seen my full name. I will repeat myself. My name is Alexandre Napier. I live in France. I am 28 years old. I am in college and I hope to be a game designer.

My father was a psychologist, and I learned quite a bit from him. He had patients similar to Chris, where people believed they could never change. He claims that they never changed because they get no encouragement nor a chance to change. Just give him a chance, a FINAL chance.

He's not coming back till May 31st. End of story. He's caused enough problems here. If you knew him as long and as well as we did, you would think different. I can now have decent, civilized conversations with Chris, but that doesn't mean he can come back. Actions in the past will haunt a person for a while.

While we're on the subject, I noticed the Wiki article on this site includes a section on this whole feud. I also noticed that it seems to be slanted against Chris. Now, I know it ain't Wikipedia, but I think that the section should be re-written to be not slanted against Chris or removed completely.

Well, i tried my best to be unbiased, but I still harbor negative feelings towards him. Really, I've known him since last February, and I think I know what I'm talking about. However, if you do find a piece of incorrect info, or feel the need to add a piece of info, have at.

Hey, are you guys abolutely sure that flakmonkey is Chris? I talked to Chris about it & he claims it's some guy who happens to share the same IP as him, maybe even his older brother. Trust me, it's happened before that two faraway computers have used the same IP at one point or another. Heck, I remember one time when I got new messages on a talk page for some wiki (can't remember if it was Wikipedia or not) regarding edits to an article that I never even edited!

New development: Chris sent me another message today saying that his Yahoo Mail account was hacked & he got an E-mail about confirmation for Flakmonkey. He still thinks it's his brother or some other hacker guy. He would ask his brother, but he says that things haven't been so swell at his household lately.

Best to take what he says with a grain of salt.

Four accounts with the same IP addresses. flak and chris know a lot about Unreal. Both of them have similar posting habits (notice that in one day, flak has 16 posts? Chris flooded a lot in his early days as well).

It's either Chris, or his brother mimicking him, or a doppelgänger hunting flesh.
