Help with forum install

I'm using a forum source called zenFyre (a GameFAQs clone, very secure and popular), and I unzipped it succesfully, only I couldn't access the install file via HTTP, which I need to do.
Any suggestions on a host that'll unzip .zip formats and allow install over HTTP?
