So, what are the diseases or other problems that you have? (Flu or something similiar doesn't count).
Well, I have:
ADHD (Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder), however, I don't need to take medicines like other people. And I also have Sinusitis.

I am sorry to know that some of you have been diagnosed with or have otherwise determined yourselves to be suffering from the effects of mental disorders. I hope that you are able to successfully manage these difficulties, and that you receive proper support from your family and others in your daily lives, rather than having to experience further hardship because of what is probably already enough of a challenge to deal with without the added grief.
The following video is biased in favor of legalizing marijuana use or something like that, but it has some funny, if not profound, things to say related to the pharmaceutical drug industry.
BTW, please try to never underestimate the power of a sound diet and adequate physical exercise in helping to keep a person mentally healthy.

Starting from tomorrow.
Eat healthy things and only healthy things.
Get yourself some carbohydrates from some of the cheapest foods out their (rice, pasta, bread) and start running. I don't care where as long as you don't get lost. Run as long as you can and don't stop. Record the time it took until you couldn't go any further and the day after try and beat that record.
Laziness will get you no-where!
Unless you, like some others may think that running is stupid.
Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, crunches, whatever do them.
Put some of your best music on and dance to it.
whatever if you keep active for at least 1 hour during your day, you'll avoid diabetes.
Couple of quick tips to avoid diabetes.
Eat healthy and wisely
Limit your meat, poultry, and fish intake.
Skip desserts and refined sugars.
Drinking a full glass of water before eating will also help reduce your appetite. (yes!)
Increase your exercise.
Most Important!
Eat healthy, Increase your exercise and drink a full glass of water before eating to help reduce your appetite.

You looks like a doctor saying like this. . I don't eat too much meat or sweet food a lot. This may explain why I'm not so fat. One of the most rare things that I'll ever see me drinking is water. I drink it of course, but it's difficulty. I drink juice most of the time. The only thing that I really need is to do more exercise.

LOL. Same here. I am lazy when it comes to physical exercise. That doesn't mean I am lazy when it comes to doing sports that I like though...
bb_42001 wrote:i see wow
First of all, learn to use correct grammar. Is this what you meant to say? "I see. Wow." Second, the "wow" was really not necessary.

I try to do my best with grammar because I hate it when people type something that no one else can read. I hate to do that to other people. You also have to remember the fact that I am still only 13. Sorry for correcting you, I'm just kinda, "picky". I know that is not a very good word to describe it.
