Well you can swap the cities folders and the *.d3c files by renaming them, or you can swap the *.vvv, *.vvs, *.vgt, *.BO3 files also.

In nice, cops are driving Taxis, Mustang and a car from Nice !

It was never as bad as what they everyone claims, No different then LoL. However they turned off the buying part anyway. Also campaign is awesome
