I think Ubisoft Reflections should hurry up with the next driver game.
There sending everyone crazy in anticipation.

Well I don't mind waiting, I guess the longer we wait the better the game will turn out.

Isn't sometime next year 10 years of Driver.
I seen a Splinter Cell game that had 10 years of Splinter Cell written on it.
Maybe it could be worth doing something like that with driver and having reflections take a risk making it new and unique. Following their goals.

and hopefully and finally getting everyone who played the first Driver back. Plus! Many more :D .

Heck, you're hilarious. I don't know if this site would have as much humour as now if you weren't here.

Indeed that everyone is going crazy. Just look at this page!

Maybe, but it can't turn out like Duke Nukem Forever. I don't wanna wait 10 years for a single game.

Yeah, waiting too long becomes a problem.
Mainly because when they started developing it and when they begin to finish the game. 10 years is along time and technology has significantly advanced. The technology used in the games engine is outdated and the game will probably get poor reviews not meeting todays standards.

I heard they're fixing the problem, spending even more time on the game.
I think four years is a good period of time. Particularly at a time like this where next generation consoles are on the market and consumers want to wait until they become cheaper.

There are both positive and negative sides.
The only reason I think negative was because they released DRIV3R as an unfinished game and it was their first driver title on the xbox and ps2.

Stuntman which they had enough time to complete was really good (and their first title on PS2).

But after driv3r they made Driver: Parallel Lines, they learn't from their mistakes and developed a game with one of the best engines I've seen powering a free roam game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they have switched engines plenty of times.

Probably. I'm just not sure about Driver 2, if they've built the engine from scratch or if they've used a downgraded version of Driver 1 engine.

If it wasn't a completely new engine.
It would be an ungraded version, remember Tanner could get out of cars
However the graphics rendering engine had to be toned down to handle more complex detailed cities, car models.

I remember 4 years ago I was awake for 3 days without sleeping AT ALL. I'm still wondering how I did that. I guess it was a lot of Coke

I cannot remember why but on an occasion I was awake for 42 hours.
On another couple of occasions 34 - 38 hours, Trying to perfect assignments (sometimes I'm overdetermined to do very well :o ).

I rarely consume any stimulants which would help keep me awake. Never had Caffeine, maybe a couple of chocolates but that's it. Never had Coke (legal drink or illegal substance), Coffee, Tea).

Getting active is my stimulant, should be everyone elses too.

I most likely won't attempt to stay up longer than 24 hours unless I have too.
As sleep deprivation weakens the immune system leaving us more susceptible to other diseases and disorders like diabetes, cancer and even the common cold.

That's still very late, I usually wake up at that time when I go to bed at 10.00 AM.
From 6.00 AM to 5.00 PM, that's 11 hours, which is quite much.

CJayC, please stop with that retarded sh*t and grow up a bit.
