Besides San Francisco, there will be a new Driver game called Driver: Renegade for the Nintendo 3DS. In this game, Tanner decides to take down the crimes in New York in his own manner, which causes him to become a renegade. The game take places between the events of Driver and Driver 2.

There will be 20 missions and besides the main mode, there are various other game modes Time Attack, Elimination Mode and Road War.

I don't know if Reflections is developing in though. The fact sheets in the Ubisoft website does not mention which studio is developing it.

Driver: Renegade will be the first action-driving game on Nintendo 3DS and a system-exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS as well. Driver: Renegade lets players experience the intensity of urban car chases as former cop John Tanner, who works outside the law to fight crime in the gritty streets of New York and defeat the five crime lords who own the city.
Just a little more info, the 3DS is looking real good so this has potential.

On March 23, 2010, Nintendo officially announced the successor to the Nintendo DS series of handhelds, tentatively titled the Nintendo 3DS. Scheduled for release before April 2011, the device can produce "3D effects without the need for any special glasses," and will feature backward compatibility with Nintendo DS series software, including Nintendo DSi software. Nintendo plans to announce additional details at E3 2010, which is scheduled to begin on June 15
It'll be the same thing only with 3D, so in my opinion it'll work on emulators

Not really. It seems that the 3DS is almost as powerful as the PS3 and the X360.
