I like an idea of a tutorials section. +2

What kind of tutorials? Modding tutorials? Game walkthroughs? There's many different types of tutorials

Just make tutorials section where everyone can post tutorials in text type, eventually make the categories such as modding and walkthroughs.

I don't see the point in having new sections considering the majority of "tutorials" that exist are modding tutorials, and those just go into the Modifying categories. I don't see a point in a tutorials section at this point, since Modifying is pretty much an all-in-one knowledge base.

I guess just post a new thread and add prefix such as [TUTORIAL] or just [TUT], that would work.

For the time being, if there are any modding tutorials, they will be posted under the proper "Modifying" category with either a [TUTORIAL] or [TUT] prefix just like RacingFreak said. There isn't nearly enough content to be able to dedicate an entire category to Modding Tutorials. Maybe in the future this idea will be considered.
