Driver Madness

I remember playing this game a lot with my brother, they should make a modern day version!

never got the chance to play it. might try it out this week since i was eager to play it when i first saw the gameplays

I played the sh*t out of this game as a kid. It used to be one of my favorites.

I just found out World's Scariest Police Chases 2 : Code Red was the cancelled sequel of the game, it was going to come out on xbox and ps2

This is why those that liked Driv3r even a little, that is if they were a fan of the series, should be glad it even came out. I know, even after saying that, people will still say they'd rather have no 3rd game at all than it. Driv3r was mostly finished, though, save for the bugs & on-foot. Even the on-foot worked just fine, though, once you got used to it.

Anyway, I need to buy this game on Amazon. Funny thing is, I was just watching videos of it the other day. I have known about it for awhile. I remember buying 'The Italian Job' for Psx, not long after it came out. I had already been a fan of Driver. I should have gotten this, had I known about it then!

Only played the demo... This game really reminded me of Driver, both for its graphics, driving and damage models. It is well made.

If someone can find me a version to download for the PSX Emulator, that would be awesome!

Should be able to find an .iso easily.
Fun fact about the cancelled PS2 and Xbox sequel-it ran on the same engine as Starsky and Hutch.

I got this for Christmas last year. It's pretty much the same as Driver, but during free roam mode you can stop randomly appearing suspects with weapons. My only complaints are that the car handling feels a but stiff compared to Driver and the sound effects for these cars sounds kinda wimpy.

I remember this game very well. I still have it to this very day. One of the best games ever!

Played it a lot with my brother and cousin, I was mostly of the time the one with the gun and failed to get the suspect xD
I used to call this game as "the Driver-alike" ("let's play that game that looks like Driver?")
