You know what's bull?

Nowadays, there are video game sequels that have titles that are either the same as or very similar to earlier entries in the series. For example, the upcoming Medal of Honor game is simply being called "Medal of Honor". WTF!? I know they might change the title prior to release, but still, this confuses me and anyone else who knows about the Medal of Honor games.

As another example, there's the upcoming Need For Speed game, titled "Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit". This might be fine, but oops, there was already a "Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit" & "Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2"! Couldn't they call it "Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit III"? Oh wait, that would be too similar to NFS III: Hot Pursuit, so I guess "Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2010" would be a better choice.

Not just video games, but movies also fall victim to this sometimes. For example, the fourth "The Fast & The Furious" movie was just called "Fast & Furious". What, "The Fast & The Furious 4" was not good enough for them? Come on, that's just lazy! I mean, not everyone will know the previous entries in any of these series, but there's a significant amount of people who do, including me!

So, what do you folks think? Agree? Disagree? Third degree?
