This is how Eight Days looked in E3 2006
Eight Days was to be set in eight days over eight states across the United States of America, the largest game map to date, with a real internal clock that would change from day to night as the game progressed. In the game you could choose between two players one that was “good†and the other “badâ€. The “bad†character story line would have him/her get revenge on a mob syndicate, the other story line would follow the “good†character who was a detective who was coincidentally looking for the same mob syndicate who had kidnapped his son. The two characters would eventually cross paths and work together.

The Getaway 3 and Eight Days''On Hold'', Possible Unveiling At E3 2012?
The Getaway 3, unveiled at E3 2005 proved to be a hit among graphics enthusiasts and gamers alike. Team Soho's next project displayed dazzling graphics and immersive environments, featuring photo realistic locations such as London and Amsterdam. In June 2008, Sony unfortunately announced that both The Getaway 3 and Eight Days were to be put on hold as the studio devoted it's efforts to completing EyePet, a title which seemed casual in nature compared to the big budget, AAA status of it's previous titles. Sony fans everywhere sighed as these titles plunged into development despair, after driving momentum for the platform over the years.
Nicolas Doucet, an employee at Team Soho explained
''I would not say they have been abandoned, just put to one side. Much work had been done. The studio just wanted to focus on it's strengths, EyeToy and Singstar. Given the potential of EyePet, priorities have been changed, but the other projects aren't dead yet.''
Tanner is alive and he wants revenge. The story will continue in Moscow (the russians bought the stolen cars).
