Driver Madness

So, Aaron, Jeff, and Volky have been working on modifying a game named Extreme Taxi USA. I have started making new menus. We got textures out and models out, just finishing up the model format to get new vehicles in the game. Not a bad game overall. We're working on tuning of the cars after that. Some parts of the game can be a little odd, like the game's commentary, but it's a cool game to play. We'll figure out how to stop the timer so you can play a 'cruise' model one time soon.

If you would like the play the game, and modify it, ask me and I'll send the files over.

Are you kidding me, spending time on making mods for just one of Team-6's crappy games! I had this one, and it's absolute disaster, why do you even bother working with it?! And wasting Jeff's time while he could've worked on the Driver tools. I just don't get the point, man.

It was made by AdrenalRUSH games. And, Jeff can do what he wants..

Added in the unused Audi TT that was found in the game's files.

Have Jeff try modding Test Drive 2002, not this heap 'o crap.

I thought this game was decent judging by what I've heard from you guys, but after seeing the pictures above...this thing is a hunk of sh*t. There are so many other games to try and mod...but this? Really? I'm pretty sure this is the kind of game you can get for $1 from a bum in a dark alley...

This mod edits the menus of Extreme Taxi USA to much nicer and better ones. The author is Carking1996.

The world doesn't revolve around Driver. I wanted a game that I could easily modify without having to get through archives of files.. I can mod any game I wish. Do you guys know of any more games that I can get from the internet like this one, but are better and not that new? I don't wanna mod newer games/

Dude just have a look at Driv3r.. it will worth it. Else you should either try A2 Racer or Test Drive 5. These are classics that never have been modded. BUT NOT such abomination as this one is!

I'm wondering if Mafia 2 is good for modding. There was a time when DSF wasn't working for two weeks, so I started looking for another game. It looked ok-ish but I was going to buy it for the sole purpose of modding. DSF started working again and so I didn't bother with Mafia 2 anymore. Maybe I'll check it out again one day, because it's available for Mac

Can you get Driver 3 for download on the internet? I'd rather have older, cheaper games honestly. A2 Racer could work if anyone can get it for download?

So. I found a bit newer game made by the same team. Taxi Racer London and Taxi Racer New York 2. Both are a bit better than this game and we plan to add support for it's files, too. It also has a cruise mode.

It will be cool to have some proper models in it, I must admit in this another game it seems a lot better.
