Chapter 1 of DrIVer: Russia uses the simple MP3 file format for the in-game music. To be a pain in the a**, I was originally gonna put it in OGG format, so it is not very easy to extract the music. I forgot to convert the songs though since I was so rushed. In updates it will be OGG format. Anyways, here is how to put custom soundtrack in V1.00.1.

First, go to the DrIVer: Russia directory. Mine is D:\Program Files\Chris Leone\DrIVer Russia. When you get to the install directory, sort all the files by the type of files they are. Then, listen to each MP3 file and decide which of them you want to replace. Let's say I want to replace the menu music (which is 1.MP3). I want to replace it with "Egypt Central - Different.mp3". I must rename it to "1.mp3" then copy it to the install directory of DrIVer. Have fun rocking out to the menu music! Same goes for all other MP3 files, just preview them to find out which one is which.

Note that in updates, this method will no longer work. It will become much more complicated since it will have OGG files.

Well converting from the .mp3 format to the .ogg format isn't to difficult.
.ogg is already a well recognized media format.

I think it's ranked third. 1st .mp3, 2nd .wmv, 3rd .ogg, 4th .mfv (< I think it's .mfv I don't see it to often to remember it).

There are many converters out there :)
It's just slightly more time consuming.
Unfortunately I haven't had the ability to check the game out as 50mb is way to big to download on this crappy internet I use.

I think mfv is m4v, most Nokia phones use it for ring-tones that come pre-installed and in Nokia Music Manager that is one of the options, it gives good quality with really low file sizes.

I think PSP uses it too.
