Cannot run "SETUP.exe"

I ran SETUP.exe before and it did in fact work like it was supposed to. For some reason, when I run it now, it says:
"Insufficient memory available to run Setup. Close all other applications to make more memory available and try to run Setup again.
Error 111."
I have no idea why it's doing this now, but does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
I downloaded the ISO file from the Internet, but the disc that I bought worked fine. (They're two different versions, but I prefer the downloaded version because it runs way better.

All you have to do is run it as an administrator.
(An example of me trying "everything" and then trying the one thing I didn't try. Sorry!)
