Driver Madness

The memberlist is too ugly to make too public. As there are still many spam accounts registered there. I've deleted most of them but they keep coming back.

If spam gets worse I found a good way of spam detection, I could give it a trail run.

I've also been working on making the memberlist default at "points","descending".

But madness, you can put a visual confirmation on the register page and you'll have no spammers any more.

That's the best way to do it, today everyone has got that.

There is fairly good visual confirmation system!
and spammers still find a way through, maybe I should see if I can make it harder, or maybe they know how to bypass it.

Or they could be real people paid to register at sites and spam advertisements.

Everysingle time I add a new forum to the site I always forget to add the rest of the moderators.

Plus! I haven't herd from Alberto for quite sometime. Last time I herd from him he was having some trouble with his clan. Hopefully he will be back soon!

oh my bad, well on a similar note, even though im 2nd to first with post count, im second to last with points, i guess though Miller, (the guy with i beleive is almost the most points) made so many by adding like 2 pages worth of story threads, why dont you check em out? add on to the story, and get a whole bunch of points, just give it a shot, all it takes is a little imagination

i'll review driver 1,2,3 instead of that

or, how many letters in the word drivermadness? D:

and you have to type the answer - reflections

that'd work quite well. the reflections one isn't so good though, because we might me getting new users who have never played driver before but are interested in having a look at what the game is like.

And i don't think these posters are robots either, they're just people getting payed to post stuff in as many places as possible

Also, like I've said before, all these spammers select afghanistan as their flag as its first in the list, but then put their location as USA or Germany.

I still think the best solution is to not allow users to post links or pictures or any other form of code until they have made 5 posts.

um… I think the visual confirmation (Anti-Spam) doesn't uses very much: madness said they are people who are paid to register.

Well I'm not 100% going by points in this competition, it's about other things people have done around the community, this includes download comments, helping the community find information about things, going well in a few competitions I've set and more!

Everything you've contributed to will be posted once the giveaway ends.
