my game is saying (failed to creat directx)
it needs 9.0c and thats what i have can some1 help me

theres your problem, most games don't support laptop chipsets.... their graphic cards

Most Laptops' use on-board video chipsets.
Mostly Intel based, these are incompatible with driv3r and most other games on the market from 2004.

If this is the case it's impossible to get driv3r to run and I'd suggest either getting a laptop which meets the games minimal requirements or a desktop computer.

If your still unsure and feel your laptop meets to system requirements? I may continue to help, if you can provide your laptops model number.
