Hi there
I recently just purchased Driv3r for the PC for 1P, £2 package and delivery.
The game came with everything, including a bonus dvd.
I've installed the game, and have Direct X, the latest version.
I have a 512MB 6200 series Nividia graphics card.
I'm uncertain if its my end, or the game suppose to display that way.

I think you should look into detail settings. It could be the draw distance.

PC version is horrible when it comes to stuff like this. Lots of flickering textures and draw-distance issues.

I have to agree with this one.

PS2 version is fine, except for pop in and some screen tearing.

Well, I changed the resolution, and changed a few other settings and it looks good now, nice and polished. But it slows down!

Of course... it`s your video card.

The detail or the slow down?

Try removing antialias and other filtering. That always cause slow-down.

Yes that helped improve the gameplay.
It still is a little bumpy, though I suppose the graphical element of the shine on the cars makes that up.
Like people have said the PC version wasn't as good as the console versions, but since I have a good graphics card its fine I suppose.
