It works If your game from oldgames.ru and patched to 1.3
Btw: beta version soon
If you have problem with it I can send my game version in .7z (32MB)

Are you kidding me? It only works with a pirated version from a Russian website?

Sorry, we will make it for original versions too but that was the most easier way to make it

Explain the video then. There's no XP theme that resembles Royal Noir for Win 7 whatsoever.
EDIT:I could make out the taskbar tabs. It's Windows 7, my bad.
Still, that's a real low blow to code it to only work with a bootlegged Tracksuit-land version of the game (for now).
Mark even sent me the version of the game used to test MP in that vid and it still didn't work.
Needs a version with debugging enabled.
Sorry for getting pissed off btw.

New version avaible 1.1

- Tested with 5 players
- separated to client and server tool
- for client added GUI
- More than 2 players supported
- MP folder no longer needed
- Version support added: v6.3w EU, v1.2 US, v1.3 US

Everything works well enough now.

You'd get stomped.
Not to mention, there's no competitive game modes, only Cruise/Take a Ride mode at the moment.

I would play Driver 1 again on PC but it's hard to find working pirated copies around.
Or if there's a way to buy it digitally, send me a link.

Hey, at least we didn't need to install the Mac version. Trying to run old Mac games on a PC is impossible.

Why would you try to (or need to) run the Mac version of Driver on a completely different OS when the MP mod is coded for the Windows version of the game?
"Hopefully we'll all be playing by the end of the year" It's in a playable state right now.
