I want it so bad. But I don't have an Xbox/ps3 and my PC barley runs DSF! I am sad.
The game looks really good! Would be amazing if there was some kind of film director. Maybe there will be as this is by Reflections? I can only dream! Hope I get a Wii U to play it on!

I don't think Reflections is a leading studio. I recall it being said in an interview that they assist them with certain areas of developement or somethin'.

The leading studio is Ubi Montreal, Reflections probably are helping more with driving sections, like motorbikes, cars, trucks, boats... They probably have a lot of knowledge since they worked in a similar game, Driv3r.
In my opinion the game looks amazing, can't wait to see more footage.
