Looking for someone willing to become a full time blogger.

you will be given a http://www.(insert what you like here).drivermadness.net domain, once set up i will be willing to negotiate buying a domain for you.

blog will not be driver related, maybe about all games in general. for all platforms, or a certain type your choice.

you will receive 500mb of space, ftp access, email address, as many sql databases as you need.


person applying must be committed to the site and provide regular blog posts, site theme and add-ons will be up to you.

Only requirement is a link to drivermadness must be displayed on every page, possible in the page header. You will be responsible for promoting the blog site.

Any questions reply to this thread or if you want to provide interest, or know someone outside the DM community that would be interested.

I thought the network was going to surround the various Madness sites currently set up. There's gonna be 4 soon (girlfriend wants a DOOM one).

yes there is, but i am talking about one in the network, but nothing to do with madness, or driver.

the more interesting sites out there the better we do with users.

I think I see what you're talking about. Do you mean that there are pretty much two networks?

yes and no, i would like another site besides for the other one we have now, under drivermadness rule, for one to make money off it, and to inter mingle them better and get alot more users everywhere.

Well, I wouldn't mind blogging and such, but as for DOOM Madness, I already got space for it, so can't do that.

But yeah, if you don't mind, I'll start a little blog for you to rule, but you will have to install the appropriate Wordpress script, please.

you would have to make a blog at least once a day, you will be responsible your advertising it and everything, including design and features

btw i am surprised you didn't pick up on the fact i said i wanted another site, besides the other we have now controlled by driver madness

Must not've noticed. Anyway, good luck with that. I hope I can just stay within the Madness line. If you want, I can make an affiliates page on my site with links to other Madness sites.

Hmm this sounds rather cool but I'm already busy procrastinating with ravengames.com D; Not to mention I have no idea how to advertise it. Anyway good luck with it and my 2cents are:

have more than 1 newsposter/blogger. It will ease the load by having a duet. If possible even more. It also allows/forces people to come to a concensus, therefore not creating a fandome site or some site only the blogger would like. Finally, giving chance of people to be able to join and post maybe once or twice a week is better. You also get a broader spectrum of opinions which results in appeal to a larger audience which = more people reading your blog.

Though it takes time with these things to generate profit, you need a fanbase if you are looking for cash. best of luck. Personally I wouldn't mind posting one article a week, but can't commit to more. so if u do decide with the mutltiple poster idea I'd try to lend a hand.

Now, the story - yesterday older hosting went nuts with cutting everything that makes one host nice - disallowed file types, cutting down direct FTP manager. Except the huge place, but that`s just ridiculous.

Galen helped me like Batman. He offered me this and I accepted. And it`s freaking nice! Coming soon in downloads, there will be hosted important Driver stuff, just like the textures I myself ripped down. They can be also in preview, since image hot-linking is allowed

i wont allow abonware hosted on here though ok, you will have to host it off site

Yes, I know. With 'ripped' textures I meant hosting this and this into the site, since this will make them easier to preview and upload. And if possible, they will be permanent here, as it`s hot stuff relating Driver and Driver 2 for PSX.

For abandonware, Racing Madness cancelled offering abandonware games, since of these hosted on CGN.
