There's a lot of new features, including better paletted image support!
Download DTE 2.0
Download Source Code (Not at all required for the program, just for the curious)

The contest winner picture is inside of the Read-Me and the About menu (We have it so the red Camaro AND contest winner show up).

Well, this didn`t run on Win7  Are there any problem in the source code?

I think it's not compiled for Win7

EDIT:
Now I'm trying to make export/import tool that only modifies vertex position and texture coordinates of models. Now pointing at car models.
Someone972's code is difficult in some cases, but thanks!

EDIT2:
I rewrote model loader code, now it much simple (instead of "byte sorting"), and successfully parsed vertex data. The most difficult is parsing the surface data.

Why this topic is in the Forum Rules ?!

i am sorry, for some reason the attachment feature acts up for some people, i do not know the cause, maybe people should stick to ImageShack for images for the time being.

its caused by the permission problem that is causing the attachments, for some reason you and some other users have different permissions to others people, but the acp is saying they are the same.

That's because you have the wrong palette selected =P. Use the up and down arrows to go through the different palettes. You probably had the wrong palette selected when importing the cop car windows too.

Maverick, there is a thing called PALETTES. You should read the instructions sometime, yeah?
