Well, as far I know. I show heights of which the film director 'manual camera' normally would never reach, show that section of the map you can never visit, and a bunch of other stuff you're not normally able to do with the camera. Enjoy!
Thanks! If anyone would like to know how it's done, or even see more views, let me know!

Alcatraz looks awesome!
This proves that some of those places indeed could be used for off road driving, shame that they weren't used.

Because I'm so nice and all, here's how to get the film director manual camera to great heights shown in the other video of mine. It does have its limits as always, but at least you'll be able to do shots of the virtual San Fran like never before!

Nice! Here's a tip: if you do an out of map glitch and drive along the coast of the city, use the bumper cam view and look at the city from your side. Film that. It gives you a cool panoramic shot! I hope I explained that right!

Thanks. Yeah you did! Think that's exactly what you did for your UNDERCOVER film right?

Yes. Also, try using shift and flying over the city. After filming this, zoom in on the video with a video editing program (So you don't see the Shift HUD). It'll look like a helicopter flyover!
